Originally from Texas, Mrs. Boydston studied theatre at East Texas Baptist University and Stephen F. Austin State University. Mrs. Boydston has taught theatre and forensics here at Soddy Daisy High School for the past 30 years. Her forensics team competes state-wide and have won many District and State championships. The team most recently were named State Champions in April 2021, in the one act play division. State championships also include the group interpretive division, as well as numerous individual state champions.
