Soddy Daisy High School

About SDHS

Soddy Daisy is a suburban community located in northern Hamilton County. Soddy Daisy High School has been in existence since 1937 and values its history and traditions as the Home of the Trojans. We boast an enrollment of approximately 1250 students in grades 9-12 and a faculty dedicated to helping students achieve their full potential. We benefit from an involved community and outstanding parental support.

The mission of Soddy Daisy High School is to build a relationship-based culture of collaboration among all stakeholders with a focus on student achievement.

We believe that student success occurs in an enriching and interactive learning environment where expectations are high and the climate is inspiring. We recognize that quality learning is a cooperative effort among staff, students, parents and community members where students have opportunities to apply their knowledge in real-life situations and where risk-taking is a valuable part of learning. It is our goal to provide a strong school community where what is best for students always comes first.
