Originally from Columbus, Ohio, he attended Tusculum University in Greeneville, TN where he studied Biology and Chemistry and served as the captain of the men’s basketball team. While at college, he met his wife, who is a SDHS alum, and share two wonderful children. He is actively pursuing his Masters in Education and assisting coaching for the boys’ basketball team.
